Holistic nutrition looks at your whole lifestyle, not just the food on your plate.
It considers how what you eat connects with your stress, sleep, movement, and emotional health; aiming to get to the root of what’s going on rather than just treating symptoms. Instead of focusing on calories or quick fixes, it’s about finding balance and nourishment that supports your long-term wellbeing.
In my practice, I support women across all facets of their health, and when needed, I collaborate with trusted partners in women’s health physiotherapy, life coaching, yoga, pilates, and mindfulness, creating a circle of care around you during this important stage of life.
